Edamame’s many health benefits are worth looking into. It’s a bit of a wonder veggie. Soybeans are a complete protein that contain all of the essential amino acids and are therefore a great animal protein substitute. They are also high in fibre, essential fatty acids, and are a good source of vitamins A and C, calcium, iron, and potassium. The fibre content will help you feel full for longer, which could result in weight loss!
